1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stanfield OS™, The Mirror™, Choose or Lose™, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Brad Stanfield / Stanfield OS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf before you use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Stanfield OS is a quarterback development and human development platform that includes:
- The Mirror™ a behavioral reflection engine that tracks pressure-decision patterns through the Choose or Lose™ mechanic
- Choose or Lose™ a 20-rep binary choice exercise with 6-second timer and reaction time tracking
- Development tools including daily check-ins, film room, and coaching dashboards
The Service is designed for athletes ages 12 - 18 and their parents, coaches, and development team members.
3. Accounts and Registration
- Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create or authorize their account.
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.
- Founding members who register with a valid invite code receive complimentary access for the founding period. All other users must maintain an active paid subscription.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Paid subscriptions are available at $300/month or $3,000/year, processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the athlete has completed fewer than 5 Mirror sessions. After 14 days or 5 sessions, no refunds are issued.
- Founding members with complimentary access are not charged during the founding period. Conversion to paid status will be communicated 30 days in advance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Use Mirror data to punish, bench, or negatively evaluate an athlete
- Share Mirror data with college recruiters, admissions offices, or scholarship committees
- Use Mirror data for team selection, depth chart positioning, or playing time decisions
- Represent Mirror data as a clinical diagnosis or mental health assessment
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service
6. Data Use and Behavioral Information
- The Mirror collects behavioral data including: choice (choose/lose), reaction time in milliseconds, session patterns, and longitudinal trends. This data is NOT personal health information (PHI). It is behavioral training data.
- Mirror data is used exclusively for athlete development. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or provided to third parties.
- Coaches can view Mirror data only for athletes assigned to them. No cross-coach data access is permitted.
- De-identified, aggregate data may be used for research purposes. Individual data is never shared outside the athlete's development team without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content, code, design, methodologies, and systems within the Service are the exclusive property of Brad Stanfield / Stanfield OS, LLC.
- The following are trademarks of Stanfield OS, LLC: Stanfield OS™, The Mirror™, Choose or Lose™, E1 Report™, and OWN1™. CLEAR® is a registered trademark of Stanfield OS, LLC.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any trademarks, content, or methodologies from the Service without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The Mirror is a behavioral training tool, NOT a medical device, clinical assessment, or mental health diagnostic. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
- If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanfield OS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stanfield OS, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us at brad@stanfieldos.com.
- Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data or full deletion within 30 days.
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice provided when feasible.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
